How does it work?
In simple terms, you sign up, choose a game, integrate it into your website, and provide your players with an engaging reason to visit your site daily. For a more detailed explanation, see here.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. This is a pay-as-you-go service, allowing you the freedom to start or stop at your convenience, without any penalties or restrictions. We don't bind you to lengthy contracts, nor do we have hidden clauses.
Can I customize a game?
Certainly! While we don't offer a self-service option for customization currently, our team can guide you through the process. We can assist with everything from adding a branded image to designing a fully themed and personalized game tailored to your company or brand.
How do I know my Account ID?
It is in the bottom left of the screen when you are logged into your console for your account
Do I need to be technical?
A basic level of technical knowledge will suffice. You'll need to embed a small snippet of code, which can be copied from your account's control panel. This code can be integrated using Google Tag Manager or directly within a page on your website's CMS. For more guidance, refer to our integration documentation.
Can I swap my game choice?
Yes, you can. You're free to switch your game choice whenever you wish, irrespective of the genre or theme.
Can I opt for a fully managed service?
We do offer options ranging from integrations (where we set everything up and then hand over control to you) to bespoke solutions and API integrations. Feel free to reach out to us through our communication channels to brainstorm ideas.
